21 Observed rice pudding and slices of cheesecakes without the date by which the food shall be consumed, sold or discarded. **Labels were placed on the slices of cheesecakes and rice puddings at the time of the inspection.

37 Observed container of sauce in the walk-in fridge not stored at least 6 inches above the floor.

14 Items washed in the low-temp dishwasher were observed with a chlorine sanitizer residual of approx. 200ppm, instead of the required range of 50-100ppm. *PIC took unit out of service until properly adjusted.
