26 Observed insecticides or rodenticides not labeled by the manufacturer for food facility usage in the basement storage area. **Spray cans were discarded during the inspection.
26 Working containers in the warewash area, used for storing chemicals taken from bulk supplies, were not marked with the common name of the chemical. **Bottles were properly labeled during the inspection.

Note: PIC has applied for City certificate.
14 Black mold observed on the interior of the ice machine bin around the mode. Note: Ice maker was cleaned at time of inspection.
39 Moist wiping cloths observed lying on table and not stored in sanitizing solution.
45 Drying rack is non NSF is approved.
47 Cleaning needed in reach-in freezer.
54 Hood filters have an accumulation of static dust and grease. Cleaning needed.
