45 46.522 - Materials for Surfaces that are Nonfood-Contact Surfaces Surfaces of equipment that are nonfood-contact surfaces, but are exposed to splash, spillage or other food soiling or that require frequent cleaning, shall be constructed of a corrosion-resistant, nonabsorbent and smooth material. -Kitchen cabinets and butcher block countertop are not sealed.
53 -Walls and ceilings are not smooth and easily cleanable due to sheetrock finishing. -1st floor toilet room shower stall not provided with a non-absorbent surface (e.g. ceramic tile, plastic shower surround); painted sheetrock provided.
