1 The food facility operator shall be the Person in Charge or shall designate a Person in Charge and shall ensure that a Person in Charge is present at the food facility during all hours of operation.
Food safety certified person came in the middle of the inspection.
8 Paper towel dispenser empty at the handwash sink in the restroom area.
Paper towel was replenished during the inspection.
11 Gallons of milk in the retail refrigerator observed with expired sell by dates.
All gallons of milk with expired sell by dates were removed during the inspection.
14 The quarternary ammonia concentration in the sanitizing solution of the 3-bay warewash sink was 100 ppm, rather than 200 - 400 ppm as stated on the manufacturer's use directions.
QAC pills was added to solution to derive 200 ppm during the inspection.
