4 Employee beverages were observed on cutting board. Corrective action was taken and bottle was relocated.
8 Paper towel dispenser empty at the handwash sink in the back and basement food preparation area, and back bar. Corrective action was taken and paper towels were provided.
11 Expired can of whipped cream observed in refrigerator. See discard list.
13 Lid was not observed for ice bin. Corrective action was taken and a cover was provided.
14 -The can opener had an accumulation of food residue on the food contact surfaces. Can opener was taken to warewash to be washed, rinsed and sanitized.
-Black residue observed on sides of front bar ice bin. Ice was burned and surfaces were washed, rinsed and sanitized.
-Pink residue observed in soda gun holster. Corrective action was taken and surfaces were washed, rinsed and sanitized.
14 The quarternary ammonia concentration in the sanitizing solution of the 3-bay warewash sink was 150 ppm, rather than 200 ppm as stated on the manufacturer's use directions. Corrective action was taken and sanitizer was adjusted.
20 Steak and cut tomatoes was held at 45-44 degrees F rather than 41 degrees F or below as required. Corrective action was taken and temperature was turned down for units. Units reached proper temperatures during time of inspection.
21 Deli meats and cheeses, opened commercially processed ready to eat food, located in the under counter refrigerator, and held more than 48 hours, was not marked with the date it was opened. Corrective action was taken and Person in Charge date marked items.
45 Foil observed lining shelving is not smooth, easily cleanable and resistant to pitting, cracking, or scratching.
45 Cutting boards observed with deep scratches and scoring not allowing for effective cleaning and sanitizing.
45 Ninja toaster oven is not NSF/ANSI approved.
47 -Grease observed on sides of cooking equipment.
-Debris observed on walk-in cooler floor.

14 Chlorine chemical sanitizer residual detected in the final sanitizer rinse cycle of the low temperature sanitizing dishwasher was 10 ppm, and not 50-100 ppm as required. Dishwasher was serviced during the time of inspection and sanitizer was observed at proper concentrations.
45 Unused icecream machine observed in basement preparation area.
45 Foil lined shelving observed in food preparation area, is not smooth, easily cleanable and resistant to pitting, cracking, or scratching.
