37 Cases of beverages observed stored on flooring surface in rear storage area.
47 Dust accumulation observed on fan vent covers in reach-in refrigerator.
51 The following observations were made in the restroom: - Toilet bowl is not cleaned to sight. - Miscellaneous personal clutter on hand wash sink and flooring surface. - Debris on flooring surface. - Dust accumulation on ceiling vent. - Mop on flooring surface not not hung to allow for proper air drying.
53 Brooms and dustpan observed not elevated and properly stored when not in use.
