Corrected On Site: Person in charge emptied sanitizer from 3-basin sink and put in new sanitizer measuring 400ppm.
26 Observed a food employee's personal beverage inside of reach-in refrigerator.
Corrected On Site: Person in charge removed beverage upon request.
45 Cutting boards observed with deep scratches and scoring not allowing for effective cleaning and sanitizing.
