6 No hot water observed at the following handwash sink.
- Peak hot water at handwash sink in the prep area was observed at 95.0 degrees F
- Peak hot water at handwash sink in the toilet room was observed at 95.2 degrees F
**PIC adjusted the hot water tank at the time of the inspection.
8 The handwash sink in the prep area was blocked by trashcan and not accesible at all times for employee use. Food employee relocated the trash can at the time of the inspection.
14 Food employee observed washing dishes with out properly sanitizing. Dishes were observed washing and rinsing only. Sanitarian reminded PIC the proper procedures of wash, rinse and sanitize.
14 Residue observed on the interior of the ice machine bin.
26 Observed insecticides or rodenticides (Raid) not labeled by the manufacturer for food facility usage, in the pre area.
45 Manufacturer plastic observed inside of the food prep sink.
45 Foam shelf liner observed lining the drying rack in the warewash area.
49 Leak observed in the faucet of the food prep sink in the prep area.
53 Mop observed inside of bucket instead of elevated after usage to allow for proper air dry.
77 The establishment does not have a tobacco smoking exemption to smoke tobacco products on premises.
- Cigarette was observed inside of ash tray on table with PIC.
- Ash trays were observed on the tables in the establishment. PIC removed ashtrays during the inspection.

8 The handwash sink in the prep area was blocked by trashcan in front of the handwash sink and items inside of the handwash sink and not accesible at all times for employee use. PIC relocated the trash can and the items.

39 Sponges observed in the warewash sink being used to clean food contact surfaces.
46 Food facility lacks sanitizer test strips to monitor sanitizer concentration.
47 Dust accumulation observed on the pipes under the handwash sink in the prep area.

No person shall operate a food establishment that handles, prepares or serves non-prepackaged potentially hazardous food who does not have present and in the employ of the food establishment at all hours of operation at least one (1) person with a valid Food Establishment Personnel Food Safety Certificate issued by the Department.
8 The handwash sink in the prep area was blocked by trashcan and was not accessible at all times for employee use. Trashcan was removed.
41 Food dispensing utensil in the ice observed in direct contact with food and not having handle stored above the top of the food.
