36 Visible physical evidence of Flies activity observed in the food prep and front service area.

**PIC was issued an Application for Philadelphia Certificate during time of inspection.
13 Several uncovered food items observed in under-the-counter refrigeration unit and reach-in refrigeration units.
**PIC took corrective action and provided lids for all uncovered food items during time of inspection.
14 The can opener had an accumulation of food residue on the food contact surfaces.
**PIC took corrective action and properly washed, rinsed, and sanitized interior food contact surfaces of can opener during time of inspection.
