45 Milk and soda crates being used for elevation and storage.
45 The following observations were noted:
-Reach-in refrigeration unit door gasket not in good repair.
-Non NSF/ANSI microwave, dish drying rack above 3-basin sink
45 Food prep sink not properly sealed to wall surface in the warewashing area.
47 Heavy ice accumulation present on internal bottom surface of a chest freezer and reach-in freezer in the retail and rear storage area.
53 The following observations were noted:
-Unsealed holes in wall surface above 3-basin sink.
-Damaged ceiling tiles observed throughout the facility.

Person in charge provided dates at the time of inspection.
