**The canned items were removed from the retail shelf at the time of the reinspection.
13 Containers of shelled eggs were stored above ready to eat foods in the reach-in refrigerator in the kitchen area.
**The eggs were relocated to the lower shelf at the time of the reinspection.
34 Temperature measuring devices (internal thermometers) for ensuring proper temperatures of equipment are not available or readily accessible in the reach-in refrigerators on the retail floor.
**Person in charge placed a thermometer in one of the refrigeration units at the time of the reinspection.
45 Food contact surface of beverages in tye basement area is not smooth, easily cleanable and resistant to pitting, cracking, or scratching.

1 No person shall operate a food establishment that handles, prepares or serves non-prepackaged potentially hazardous food who does not have present and in the employ of the food establishment at all hours of operation at least one (1) person with a valid Food Establishment Personnel Food Safety Certificate issued by the Department. *Application to be emailed.
21 Potentially hazardous, repackaged ready to eat food, held for more than 48 hours, was not date marked: packaged cheesecake and "grab and go" packaged lunchmeat and cheese. *PIC date labeled to correct.
35 Some prepackaged snack cakes are not individually labeled for sale. Packaged lunchmeat, cheese, and sandwiches in "grab and go" refrigerator were not labeled with common name of product and net weight (required for lunchmeat/cheese).
