8 Soap and paper towels were not available at the handwash sink in the rear warewash area. They were provided.
14 The food-contact surfaces of equipment and utensils did not reach 180 degrees F during the sanitizing cycle of the high temperature dishwasher as evidenced by the failure of the temperature indicator. The temperature reached 175 degrees F maximum. The person in charge agreed to discontinue using this machine and use the 3 basin sink until the machine is serviced and reaches 180 degrees F during the rinse cycle.
45 The service area dishwashing machine is not reaching 180 degrees F during the rinse cycle.
51 Static dust observed on the ceiling ventilation cover in the nearby shared women's toilet room.
53 Static dust observed on the ceiling ventilation cover in the warewash area.
53 Peeling paint observed in the front prep and service area.
53 Brooms and other maintenance tools observed stored on the floor rather than hanging on a utility rack.
