8 Soap was not available at the handwash sink in the front prep and warewash areas.
Soap was provided during the inspection.
45 The large commercial refrigerator in the warewash area has an ambiant air temperature of 52 degrees F.
45 Plastic crates used to elevate items rather than NSF approved dunnage racks.
46 A white buildup noted on the inner surfaces of the warewash machine.
53 General debris on floor perimeters under and behind equipment.

8 There was no trash can at the rear hand sink.
A can was provided.
14 -The can opener had an accumulation of dried food residue on the food contact surfaces.
-The beverage gun had static dust on the beverage contact surfaces. Management stated that it was not being used at this time.
Both items were washed, rinsed and sanitized during the inspection.
36 The outer doors near the cage have gaps at the bottom. They do not protect against the entry of insects, rodents, and other animals.
39 Moist wiping cloths observed stored in sanitizing solution tested at 0 ppm.
A fresh solution was prepared and tested at 200 ppm.
45 The warewash digital display monitor is red showing a warning for low wash temperature. The unit thermometer was observed reaching 160 degrees F during the wash cycle.
47 -Dust and debris observed on top of the warewash machine.
-White residue observed on the outer surface of the warewash machine access door.
51 -The shared toilet rooms are lacking handwash reminder signs.
-The women's toilet room vent cover contains static dust.
53 Excess items stored in the rear warewash area make inspecting and cleaning difficult. For example, a large fan, carts and other items.
