* The person in charge remove cardboard and provided soap and paper towels.

- Employee personal item (cell phone) observed on prep table.
* Phone was removed.
14 The can opener had an accumulation of food residue on the food contact surfaces.
14 Slicer has an accumulation of food residue on the food contact surfaces and is not being washed, rinsed and sanitized at least every 4 hours.

1 The food facility operator shall be the Person in Charge or shall designate a Person in Charge and shall ensure that a Person in Charge is present at the food facility during all hours of operation. Food Safety Certified Person arrived in middle of inspection.
8 Hot water no available at handsink in warewash/prep area.
8 The handwash sink in the front prep area was blocked by cardboard and not accesible at all times for employee use. PIC removed cardboard at time of inspection
8 The handwash sink in the prep area does not have single use towels, continuous towels, or air drying device. Management took immediate corrective action.
