8 No sign or poster posted at the handwashing sink in the kitchen area to remind food employees to wash their hands. **A handwashing sign was placed at the sink at the time of the inspection.
14 - The quaternary ammonium concentration in the sanitizing solution of the 3-bay warewash sink was 50-100 ppm, rather than 200 - 400ppm as stated on the manufacturer's use directions. - 3-bay warewash sink was observed set up incorrectly (Rinse, wash, sanitize) instead of Wash, rinse, sanitize. **Additional tablets were added to the solution to increase the concentration. **The 3-bay warewash sink was set up correctly during the inspection.
26 Chemicals were stored on the same shelf with food, equipment, and/or single service articles in the kitchen area. **Chemicals were relocated at the time of the inspection.
26 Observed rodenticide (loose mouse bqit) not labeled by the manufacturer for food facility usage, in the retail area. **The loose mouse bait was discarded at the time of the inspection.
45 Drying rack over 3-bay sink, microwave, & handwashing sink do not meet NSF or ANSI-Sanitation design standards.
45 Aluminum liners observed in display case.
45 Installed garbage grinder is located within metal base of sink and is not visible for inspection.
46 Observed expired QAC test strips; food facility lacks QAC sanitizer test strips to monitor sanitizer concentration.
49 - An approved backflow prevention device is not installed at the water main. - At least one utility sink (or one curbed cleaning facility equipped with a floor drain) is not provided/conveniently located for the cleaning of mops or similar wet floor cleaning tools and for the disposal of mop water and similar liquid waste.
