14 The quaternary ammonium concentration in the sanitizing solution of the 3-bay ware washing sink was 500 ppm, rather than 200-400 ppm as stated on the manufacturer's use directions. **Employee added more water to the sanitizing solution; the concentration measured at 400 ppm after the corrective action.
