37 A case of water and 5 gallon containers were not stored at least 6 inches above the floor.
39 Moist wiping cloth observed lying on back prep table and not stored in sanitizing solution.
**Person in Charge moved rag to bucket with sanitizing solution.
41 Common bowls or food containers observed without handles in direct contact with bulk food ingredients.

2. Cold prep refrigeration unit in the prep area being used for dry storage only.
3. Ice machine was observed not operational.
