* The inspector reviewed food borne illnesses with the person in charge.
8 Paper towel was not available at the hand wash sink in the Men's restroom area.
* The person in charge provided paper towel.
14 3 compartment sink observed not cleaned to sight prior to washing, rinsing & sanitizing.- Food debris and dishes observed in all compartments.
* Employee properly cleaned and sanitized 3 compartment sink storing dishes in wash compartment.
