26 Chemicals were stored above or on the same shelf with food, equipment, and/or single service articles in the back preparation area and basement storage area. Corrective action was taken and chemicals were relocated.
41 Ice cream scoopers were stored in water that was observed at 76 degree F. Corrective action was taken and water was changed with hot water.
43 Single service articles observed stored on ground and not elevated at least 6 inches from ground.
45 -Non-ANSI sanitation approved chest freezer and reach-in freezer observed in the basement.
-Manufacturers tape observed on refrigerator in basement, which are not smooth and easily cleanable.
47 -Accumulation of ice observed in chest freezer and ice cream freezer.
53 Idle mop observed inside of a bucket instead being elevated after usage to allow for air dry.
53 Maintenance rack does not hold mop.

1 The food facility operator shall be the Person in Charge or shall designate a Person in Charge and shall ensure that a Person in Charge is present at the food facility during all hours of operation. Person in Charge arrived during time of inspection.
8 Soap was not available at the handwash sink in the warewash area. Person in Charge took corrective action and provided soap.
14 Chlorine chemical sanitizer residual detected in the final sanitizer rinse cycle of the low temperature sanitizing dishwasher was 10 ppm, and not 50-100 ppm as required. Person in Charge took corrective action and fixed hose issue.
26 Working containers in food preparation area, used for storing chemicals taken from bulk supplies, were not marked with the common name of the chemical. Person in Charge took corrective action and labeled bottles.
35 Working bulk food ingredient storage containers are not labeled with the common name of the food.

14 Black residue, pink slime observed on the interior of the ice machine bin around water curtain and back interior surfaces of bin. Person in Charge took corrective action and discarded ice and wash, rinse and sanitize surfaces before resuming ice operations.
