- The rear prep area not in use during inspection.
- One convention oven observed not complete under the the exhaust hood in the cooking area.
49 Pipe leaking under the 3 compartment sink in the cooking area.
53 Grease and debris observed on the floor behind and between the fryers in the cooking area.

14 - Two slicers observed with accumulation of food residue on the food contact surfaces and is not being washed, rinsed and sanitized at least every 4 hours.
21 Cheese and lunch meat observed without dates inside the walk-in cooler.
PIC provided the dates during inspection.
26 Spray bottle used for storing chemicals taken from bulk supplies, was not marked with the common name of the chemical in the coffee area.
36 Visible physical evidence of rodent (mouse droppings) observed on the floor behind the reach-in refrigerator before the basement steps.
37 Cans observed on the floor in the prep area and not elevated at least 6 inches above the floor.
