13 The following observations were noted: -Single-use serving container without handle submerged in food item stored in one container in the food prep area.

14 The can opener had an accumulation of food residue on the food contact surfaces.
14 The chlorine concentration in a 3-bay sink was greater than 200 ppm, rather than 50-100 ppm as required. PIC initiated corrective action during inspection.
