4 An open employee's beverage container(bottled water) was observed inside a food preparation area display case. Corrective action: Person in charge removed and discarded the opened employee's beverage container(bottled water) during inspection.
14 Slicer has an accumulation of food residue on the food contact surfaces. Corrective action : Person in charge dismantled, washed, rinsed and sanitized the food slicer prior to completion of inspection. * Food slicer should be washed, rinsed and sanitized at least every 4 hours when in use.
21 Opened commercially processed ready to eat food (deli meats & sausages) , located in the display case, and held more than 48 hours, observed not marked with the dates they were opened. Corrective action : Person in charge marked all deli meats & sausages inside the display case with the dates they were opened prior to completion of inspection.
35 Prepackaged styrofoam cups with ice inside front retail area chest freezer are not labeled properly with the name of product, ingredient statement, net weight, distributed by statement and/or nutritional facts.
37 Beverages not stored at least 6 inches above the floor in retail area (Between reach-in refrigeration units).
45 - Plastic (milk& soda) crates observed being used for elevation beverages and bananas in retail area. -Cardboard lining over shelvings inside the retail reach-in refrigeration unit. -Aluminum foils wrapped over bottom shelvings of prep table, griddle table stand and the food presser (on griddle).
45 -Non NSF / ANSI approved equipment : 1 domestic microwave oven, 2 chest freezers (Hisense & Whirlpool) and domestic utensil drying racks present in the facility. -Two basement area chest freezers observed not operational during inspection.
47 -Food and other debris presnet on bottom shelvings inside food prep area reach-in freezer and cold-prep refrigeration unit. -Ice build-up inside the retail area chest freezer.
49 Grate cover not present over one of floor drains in basement area.

14 The warewash (3-compartment) sink not properly setup for cleaning and sanitization of multi-use utensils; Observed Rinse - Wash - Sanitize setup instead of Wash - Rinse - Sanitize. Corrective action : Sanitarian educated the person in charge on how to properly setup the 3-compartment sink, a return demonstration of Wash - Rinse - Sanitize setup was observed prior to completion of inspection.
37 Boxed oil is not stored at least 6 inches above the floor in food prep area.
