14 Slicer has an accumulation of food residue on the food contact surfaces and is not being washed, rinsed and sanitized at least every 4 hours. Person in charge cleaned and sanitized slicer during the time of inspection.
21 Opened commercially processed ready to eat food (lunchmeat and cheese), located in the walk in cooler, and held more than 48 hours, was not marked
with the date it was opened. Dates were placed on items during the time of inspection.
