No person shall operate a food establishment that handles, prepares or serves non-prepackaged potentially hazardous food who does not have present and in the employ of the food establishment at all hours of operation at least one (1) person with a valid Food Establishment Personnel Food Safety Certificate issued by the Department.
**Corrective action was taken, Health Sanitarian email person in charge the Phila. Food Safety Cert. Application.**
26 Spray bottle with chemical(i.e. bleach) for non-food contact surfaces were stored above and on the same shelf with food, equipment, in the food prep area.
37 Observed a colander stored on the storage rack. No food prep sink installed.

**ONLY approved to reheat and serve pre-cooked food provided by food program and serve prepackaged pre-wash/pre-sliced or canned fruits and/or vegetable.**

-Unused equipment stored in the food prep area: Exhaust Hood
-Non-NSF approved equipment: Reach-in refrigerator/freezer combo, microwave and chest freezer.

-Compartment of warewash sink not clean prior to sight up.
-Food facility lacks sanitizer test strips to monitor sanitizer concentration.
49 No food prep sink with a indirect pipeline observed.
61 **Observed childcare facility with bulk packaging of uncooked grains (rice and pasta) and raw meat (i.e. ground beef). No adequate cooking equipment observed and no food prep sink with an indirect pipeline observed in the food prep area.

**Corrective action was taken, food safety person discarded the canned items at time of inspection.**
