Corrective action: Instructed the person in charge (PIC) to increase the temperature of the water heater during the inspection. Temperature increased to 113 degrees F.
26 Observed insecticides or rodenticides not labeled by the manufacturer for food facility usage, in the basement storage area.
Corrective action: Items discarded. PIC said that it is not used. Receipts for pest control observed.
