45 The following observations were noted: -Milk crates used for elevations of prepackaged beverages in the rear storage area. -Cardboard used as shelf liners in the retail area.
46 Observed an ice cream scooper with single use cups stored above chest freezer, no warewash sink installed in the food store to properly clean and sanitize utensils. **Corrective action was taken, person in charge removed the ice cream scooper and health sanitarian advised that establishment is not approved to prep/serve water ice or ice cream without first installing a 3-compartment warewash sink.
51 The following observations were noted: - Unsealed floor-wall base coving observed in the bathroom. -Raw wood floor surface at the entrance of the toilet room, not smooth and easily cleanable.
