Inspection Date: 11/12/2024

1 The food facility operator shall be the Person in Charge or shall designate a Person in Charge and shall ensure that a Person in Charge is present at the food facility during all hours of operation. **The person in charge arrived during the inspection.
6 Warm water not available at the handwashing sink in the kitchen area due to the hot water being turned off. **The hot water valve was turned back on at the time to allow for proper handwashing procedure.
8 The handwashing sink in the kitchen area was not accessible at all times for employee use due to a lack of hot water. **The hot water was turned back on at the time of the inspection.
26 Chlorine sanitizer solution being used in excess of 200 ppm on food contact surfaces. **The solution was emptied out and refilled with the correct concentration at the time of the inspection.
35 Working bulk food ingredient storage container (Azucar) was not labeled with the common name of the food.
36 The upper wall where the motors are stationed in the basement area has openings into the food facility which does not protect against the entry of insects, rodents, and other animals.
37 Food (Onions & pasta sauce) are not stored at least 6 inches above the floor.
45 Observed cardboard lining some of the shelves (Days Soda) in the reach-in refrigerators.

11 Six 12oz cans of "Red & White" condensed milk observed in retail area with expired use by dates (3/23/23). One 16 oz bottle of "Clover Farms" chocolate milk observed with sell by date of 3/23/23. *PIC removed from sale to discard or return
