-Cold prep unit used as dry storage in deli department
47 The following were observed:
-Food debris/residue around perimeters of floors in all walk-in coolers/freezers
-Food debris/residue on lower interior surfaces of closed/open display cases
-Static dust on fan guards in all walk-in coolers/freezers
-Food debris inside cold open and closed units.
48 One to five minute delay in hot water reaching peak demand in Bakery Department.
