1 The person in charge was observed with a serve safe certificate and not with a valid Food Establishment Personnel Food Safety Certificate issued by the Department.
* The inspector sent city of Philadelphia food safety certificate application via email.
8 The hand wash sink in the kitchen area was blocked by A bowl of frozen shrimp and not accessible at all times for employee use.
* Bowl of shrimp was relocated to the food prep sink.
13 Bowl of frozen shrimp observed stored in hand wash sink and not in food prep sink as required.
*Shrimp was relocated to food prep sink.
39 Moist wiping cloths observed lying on 3 compartment sink and not stored in sanitizing solution.
45 - Defective oven range observed in use for pan storage in kitchen area.
-Non-NSF approved equipment observed in basement; chest freezers, reach-in freezer and refrigerator.
45 Cutting boards observed with deep scratches and scoring not allowing for effective cleaning and sanitizing.
46 Non NSF drying rack observed installed above 3 compartment sink.
47 - Dust accumulation observed on fan vent covers in reach-in refrigerator.
- Ice accumulation observed in chest freezers in basement.
