20 Food was held at 45 degrees F rather than 41 degrees F or below as required in the "Frigidaire" reach-in refrigerator in the kitchen.
**Person in Charge (PIC) adjusted the temperature knob to lower the temperature to 41 degrees F during the inspection.

-Observed mouse feces on the shelves of the storage units and along the floor behind the storage units in the pantry room.
