26 Working containers in prep area, used for storing chemicals taken from bulk supplies, were not marked with the common name of the chemical. Corrective action: Multipurpose cleaner labeled during the inspection.
39 Moist wiping cloths observed lying on handwashing sink and not stored in sanitizing solution.
45 Crates used to elevate food. Note: Crates are not smooth and easy to clean and make floor cleaning difficult.
45 Ambient temperature of the refrigerator in the food prep area was measured at 41 degrees F. The ambient temperature of the refrigerator should be about 37 degrees F in order to hold food at 41 degrees F or below. (All meals in the refrigerator were defrosting at the time of the inspection.)
