The gallon was removed to return to the distributor.
13 There is no designated indirectly drained with a catch basin, NSF approved, deep (at least 10 inches), food prep sink with four legs. Also, no stainless steel colander observed to hold over the 3 basin sink and rinse the produce.
Lettuce and tomatoes are rinsed and prepped in this store.
The person in charge has agreed to purchase prewashed and prepared produce (for example, lettuce and tomatoes). Bagged lettuce was observed during the inspection.
36 The basement trap door and a window above, outer openings in the food facility do not protect against the entry of insects, rodents, and other animals. Gaps in surfaces observed.
45 -Plastic crates are used to elevate items rather than NSF approved dunnage racks in the basement storage area.
-Foil and cardboard liners observed on shelves in the food prep area. These surfaces are not wipeable and easily cleaned.
