8 No soap was available at the men's employee toilet room in the upstairs storage area. *PIC provided soap at the time of inspection*
36 Observed small gaps at the bottom of the exit door located at the rear of the first-floor storage area. These outer openings in the food facility do not protect against the entry of insects, rodents, and other animals.
37 Food was not stored at least 6 inches above the floor in the upper storage area, in the retail area and in the walk-in beverage cooler.
45 Observed wooden pallets, which are not smooth and easily cleanable, being used for elevation.

53 Maintenance tool (broom) observed idle in against the candy display.
