36 -Gaps were observed under the side metal garage doors, side exit door, damaged door sweep observed on the door to the warewashing /prep area. -The main garage door was open and unscreened, which which does not protect against the entry of insects, rodents, and other animals.
45 Several chest freezer units in warehouse storage area observed not operational during inspection.
47 -Ice build-up around walk-in freezer doors. -Cardboard boxes and debris present along floor perimeter inside walk-in freezer.
51 Water-stained / damaged ceiling tiles inside men's restroom area.
53 -Cracked cement flooring in the warehouse storage area. -Gaps in warewashing / prep area walls.
