-Soap was not available at the handwashing sinks in the food prep area and men's employee restroom area
-Paper towel dispenser empty at the handwashing sink in the women's employee restroom area
26 Working containers in food prep area, used for storing chemicals taken from bulk supplies, were not marked with the common name of the chemical.
26 Chemicals were stored above or on the same shelf with food, equipment, and/or single service articles in the food prep area.
36 Unapproved insect control device observed in basement area.
41 Food dispensing utensil in the bulk ingredient containers observed in direct contact with food and not having handle stored above the top of the food.
