Corrective action: Tomatoes moved from the malfunctioning cold prep refrigerator to the closed display case this morning were discarded. Per person in charge, the closed display case was recently open for cleaning. Temperature began to go down during the inspection.
37 Bags of ice for customer self service were observed stored in water ice freezer. Corrective action: Ice relocated and freezer will only be used by staff serving water ice.

All potentially hazardous food was moved to the right side of the case where internal temperature was 37 degrees F. 14 -The quaternary ammonia concentration in the sanitizing solution of the 3-bay warewash sink was 0 to 100 ppm, rather than 200 to 400 ppm as stated on the manufacturer's use directions. -Facility ran out of tablets. Bleach for food contact surfaces must be obtained from the retail area for sanitizing until tablet are obtained.
