45 Crates were being used for elevation in several areas, which are not smooth nd easily cleanable.
45 An unused under counter refrigerator was observed in the food preparation area.
47 The following observations were noted:
-Exterior surface cleaning was needed around equipment in the bar area due to residue.
-Rust around shelves in several refrigeration units.
51 The air vent in one of two restrooms was in need of cleaning due to dust accumulation.
53 Floor cleaning was needed under and around equipment in the bar area, food preparation area, warewashing area and storage areas due to debris.
53 Cracked floor tiles were observed in several areas.

45 - Plastic crates were observed being used for elevation in the walk in cooler
- An inoperable under-counter cooler was observed in the server area.
- Rusted air vent observed in the basement area.
- Chest Freezers were observed not in good repair with rusty on the lids.
47 -Accumulated dust on the fan guard in the walk in cooler and restrooms.
-Ice accumulation in the chest freezers.
53 The coved base vinyl in the warewashing area was in poor repair.

-Damaged ceiling in the basement.
- Pipes penetrating the ceiling are not properly sealed.

14 Black residue observed on the interior white panel of the ice machine bin.
The panel was cleaned during the inspection.
14 The chlorine concentration in the sanitizing solution of the 3-bay warewash sink was 150-200 ppm, rather than 50-100 ppm as required.
The solution was diluted during the inspection to be 100 ppm.
41 Knives were observed stored between table edges which are not easily cleaned and sanitized.
45 - Plastic crates were observed being used for elevation throughout the facility.
- An inoperable under-counter cooler was observed in the server area.
47 Grease accumulations observed on the outside of equipment in the kitchen area.
49 The server area handsink faucet was in poor repair.
52 The alley way shared with the apartments and neighboring establishments were in poor condition. Trash was not stored properly.
53 - Food debris observed under equipment in the kitchen area and bar area.
- The wall behind the warewashing machine was soiled.
53 The coved base vinyl in the warewashing area was in poor repair.
54 - Hood filters above fryer has an accumulation of static dust and grease.
- The vent over the dish machine was observed with an accumulation of static dust.
