1 The food facility operator shall be the Person in Charge or shall designate a Person in Charge and shall ensure that a Person in Charge is present at the food facility during all hours of operation. PIC came at time of inspection.
6 Food employees observed donning single use gloves without a prior hand wash. Note: Employee must wash hand prior to wearing gloves.
20 Potentially hazardous food(tomatoes, lettuce, and cucumber) located in the cold holding unit was held at 54 to 69 degrees F rather than 41 degrees F or below as required. Note: Food must be discarded must be discarded at 1:00pm if not sold.
53 Floor cleaning needed on unit to remove food residues.
54 Fan in window was observed with accumulation of dust. Cleaning needed.
