6 Proper handwashing cannot be conducted at the handwashing sink in the toilet room on the right due to a lack of 100 to 110 degree F water.
Corrective action: Hands will be washed in toilet room on the left where water was measured at 101 degrees F.
39 Wiping cloth observed stored on the sink rather than stored in properly prepared sanitizer solution.
49 Water temperature at handwashing sink in one of the toilet rooms was measured at 79 degrees F rather than 100 to 110 degrees F.
Corrective action: Hands will be washed in toilet room on the left where water was measured at 101 degrees F.
52 A receptacle for the disposal of paper towels was not available at the handwashing sink in the food prep area.
Corrective action: Receptacle provided.

Mouse feces was observed in the following areas and must be eliminated from the facility: floor in classroom behind bookcases, classroom floor between column and gate around the infant area, food prep area floor, basement floor and stairs, and floor in classroom closet.
36 Gap observed beneath basement door does not prevent the entry of pests into the childcare area. A sturdy door-sweep is needed.
