Corrective action : Person in charge provided 3 sink stoppers for warewash sink in basement food prep area.

20 Shredded lettuce, dressing and cooked rice in food prep area cold-prep refrigeration unit were held at 49 degrees F rather than 41 degrees F or below as required.
Corrective action : A food employee adjusted thermostat for the cold-prep refrigeration unit, which was measured at temperature of 37 degrees Fahrenheit prior to completion of inspection.
