45 The following were observed: -Raw wooden shelving units being used for elevation of food in food retail area, which are not smooth and easily cleanable -Cardboard being used to line shelving units and lower interior surfaces of reach-in refrigeration units, which are not smooth and easily cleanable -Raw wooden palates being used for elevation of food in stock room area and walk-in cooler, which are not smooth and easily cleanable (grants for potential harborage area)

11 The following were observed: -Dented cans in food retail area -Milk with "Expiration" date 12/31/22 -Cheese with "Best By" date 8/8/22 -Potentially hazardous food located in reach-in refrigeration unit in food retail area was held at 47-50 degrees F rather than 41 degrees F or below as required **PIC was instructed to discard all adulterated and potentially hazardous food during time of inspection.
