11 The following were observed: -Dented cans in food retail area -Milk with "Expiration" date 12/31/22 -Cheese with "Best By" date 8/8/22 -Potentially hazardous food located in reach-in refrigeration unit in food retail area was held at 47-50 degrees F rather than 41 degrees F or below as required **PIC was instructed to discard all adulterated and potentially hazardous food during time of inspection.
