45 An out-of-order refrigeration unit was observed in the retail area. The person in charge stated a work order was put for a replacement. The refrigeration unit was observed empty.
51 The air vents located in two restroom areas were in need of cleaning due to dust accumulation.
53 The interior of the mop sink was observed stained and in need of cleaning due to debris.
53 General floor cleaning was needed around the perimeters of the floor in the basement storage area due to debris.
