Corrective action : Anemployee dismantled, washed, rinsed and sanitized the food slicer prior to completion of inspection.
*Food slicer should be washed, rinsed and sanitized at least every 4 hours when in use.
34 Thermometers for ensuring proper temperatures of food are not available or readily accessible inside reach-in refrigeration units.
35 Prepackaged styrofoam cups with ice inside front retail area chest freezer are not labeled properly with the name of product, ingredient statement, net weight, distributed by statement and/or nutritional facts.

-Aluminum foils wrapped over food slicer table stand and the shelf beneath.
-Aluminum foils lining over utensil drying rack over warewash sink.
