4 An open employee's beverage container was observed in a food preparation area.
6 A food employee was observed washing their hands at the three basin sink rather than the designated handwash sink.
8 The handwash sink in the bar area was blocked by a bucket of ice and not accesible at all times for employee use. Ice removed during the time of inspection.

20 Several food items (strawberries (cut), fish,onions,tomatoes) observed placed on the table and not properly reaching 41 degrees or lower. temperatures ranged from 45 degrees to 58 degrees. Sanitarian advised that food be placed on ice.
