8 - Soap was not available at the handwashing sink in the kitchen area and near the hot holding station. - No sign or poster posted at the handwashing sink at the hot holding/register area to remind food employees to wash their hands. **Soap was supplied at both handwashing sinks at the time of the inspection. **A handwashing sign was placed at the hot holding/register sink at the time of the inspection.

13 Raw animal food (shelled eggs) were stored above ready to eat foods in the walk-in cooler. **Eggs were relocated at the time of the reinspection.
14 The quaternary ammonium concentration in the sanitizing solution of the 3-bay warewash sink was 100 ppm, rather than 200-400 ppm as stated on the manufacturer's use directions. **Employee emptied the sanitizing sink and refilled it with a chlorine concentration.
20 Food/beverages (homemade juices and prepackaged desserts) were held at 46.5 degrees F rather than 41 degrees F or below as required. **Desserts and beverages were discarded at the time of the reinspection.
26 Observed rodenticide (bagged mouse bait) not labeled by the manufacturer for food facility usage, in the kitchen and basement area. **Bagged bait was discarded at the time of the reinspection.
