14 Pink slime observed on the interior of the ice machine bin around baffle plate. Person in Charge took corrective action and burned all ice, washed, rinsed and sanitized surfaces.
20 -Sauces and salads was held at 45 degrees F rather than 41 degrees F or below as required. Person in Charge took corrective action and had walk-in cooler fixed.
-Cheese cake held at 50 degrees F, rather than 45 degrees F or below as required. Person in Charge took corrective action and relocated items. Pastry case was repaired during time of inspection.
