45 Non-NSF equipment observed in the classrooms: refrigerators
51 Dust accumulation on vent covers in the restrooms.
53 The following observations were noted: -Acoustic porous ceiling tiles observed in the kitchen area and throughout facility. -Stained ceiling tiles in the upstairs classrooms
