1 Food safety certified person was not present at the beginning of inspection. Liming Jiang arrived.
7 A food employee was observed touching ready to eat food with her bare hands.
8 Employee hand washing sink was observed no hand soap
18 Corned beef held at ambient temperature not cooled to 41 degrees F within 4 hours as required. Can was covered and placed in refrigerator.
36 Mice droppings were observed under the sink and behind the refrigerator in the food prep area.
37 Take-out plates in the storage area are exposed and not protected from contamination by covering or turning face down.
41 Knives and / or cleavers stored between table edges which are not easily cleaned and sanitized.
41 Food dispensing utensil in the observed in direct contact with food and not having handle stored above the top of the food. (bowl inside potatoes)
45 Refrigeration in the food prep area observed not commercial
47 An accumulation of grease residues were observed at cooking hood filter
54 Lights in the refrigerator are not shielded from breakage.
