-Unused coca-cola machine in retail area.
-Defective soda dispenser on counter surface in retail area.
47 Spillage observed on floor surface of walk-in cooler.
53 Dust accumulation on ceiling vents in retail area.
53 Broom observed stored on floor surface and not elevated off of the ground when not in use.

Toilet room of facility has to be accessible during inspections.

-Unused microwave in the retail area
-Unused refrigeration unit in the rear of retail area
-Vent cover needs cleaning
-Debris on floors in retail area
-Dust accumulation on ceiling vents in retail area

-Water stained ceiling tiles observed throughout facility.
61 Observed food establishment currently has a 3120 food license but no food handling is observed, no equipment, no warewash sink, no food prep area observed.

-Ceiling vent cover is missing.
-Vent cover needs cleaning.
