| Observed the Big Blue Room and Orange Room first aid kits missing soap. Corrective action; PIC replenished the soap in the first aid kids during the inspection. | |

| General Comments: Two handwashing sinks in the Orange Room lack adequate hot water (temp. max. 88-90 degrees). Sanitarian instructed employees and children to use the handwashing sink in the rear area of the Orange Room until adequate hot water can be restored. Facility has 78 children enrolled, ages 4 months to 5 years. Facility performs food prep and serves to the children. | |
